Bookmyne: Frequent Questions

Q: Why can’t I see my local library?
A: The library must be configured to be displayed on the BookMyne results page. Talk to your librarian about participation.

Q: What is my BookMyne user name and pin?
A: Use your WYLD library card number and PIN as you would when logging in to WYLDCAT. Remember to enter the number (usually 14 digits) and not include spaces or alphabetic characters. E.g. a20902 7771 23456b should be entered as 2909277123456.  *Teton and Lincoln County users may have cards beginning with the letter ‘T’ or ‘L’.  These alpha characters are required.

Q: Why can’t I place holds?

A: You must be logged into your local library account to place holds. Depending on your library’s policies, you may not be able to place holds on certain items. Check with your local library to see if your account information is configured correctly.
