New Look, Added Content for GoWYLD Subject Pages

May 8, 2019

The GoWYLD.net subject area links are a great way to get into the resources you want quickly. Now, the Wyoming State Library is making them better. The links will now to go subject LibGuides, allowing for added content along with the list of recommended databases. You’ll find tutorials, tip sheets, lesson plans, and even marketing materials to promote the resources to your patrons.

All the subject guides will be phased in soon. Some are live already — see the new look and enriched content for:

Some subject areas have been combined in the LibGuides. Encyclopedias and Maps are part of a guide called General Research, and Social Issues may be found under Student Research Resources. Job & Career, Language Learning, and Tests and Skills Preparation are all located in the eLearning Guide.

If you have the old pages bookmarked, your links will still work — you’ll be automatically redirected to the new ones.
