Desiree Saunders, WYLD Program Manager at the Wyoming State Library, has been elected to the COSUGI (Customers of SirsiDynix Users Group, Inc.) Board as the Conference Chair-Elect. The position is a two-year commitment.
In her new role, Desiree will assist the Conference Chair for the 2023 conference and serve as Chair for planning the 2024 COSUGI conference.
COSUGI is a not-for-profit corporation formed as an independent organization of Symphony & Dynix product customers of SirsiDynix. The activities of the Users Group are coordinated by an Executive Board elected by the membership.
The annual COSUGI meeting features user-led presentations, as well as presentations from SirsiDynix. It’s a great continuing education opportunity for everyone using Symphony. COSUGI has been held virtually the past two years, but has typically been an in-person event. Attendees come from all over the United States. Even some of the international customers attend, although they have their own user groups.
