Novelist Plus, a resource in our GoWYLD suite, is a reader’s advisory tool. Here you can find your next book, new genre, or award winning author — just in time for your library’s summer reading program!
Novelist Plus is useful for patrons, kids, and adults alike, as well as the library staff and teachers working with them or creating instruction and displays.
The Quick Links tab at the top left leads you to Book Club Resources, Working with Youth, Genre Guides, and Page to Screen.
The Browse by tab includes appeal, themes, award books, audiobooks and genre. Their newest genre is Dark Fantasy; Novelist has created a blog post about this to help you get up to speed. Learn more about genres by going to the Explore Genres page. Locate it by scrolling down on the main page to Explore Pages section. In addition to genres, it also includes Book Club Resources and Diversity Resources.
Find this resource at GoWYLD.net alphabetically or under Recommended Reading. For younger readers, GoWYLD also includes Novelist K-8 Plus for kids.
