On Wyoming Snapshot Day, we collected facts, photos, and quotes that showed how important libraries are to their communities. Every year, we select from what we gathered to display at the annual Wyoming Library Association legislative reception. The reception presentation moves a little more slowly, but here’s the shortened version to enjoy and share online.
This year’s reception will be held at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday, February 7, here at the Wyoming State Library, 2800 Central Ave., in Cheyenne.
