Additional Funding Added to Subgrant Program

May 28, 2024

The Wyoming State Library has received word from the U.S. Treasury that an additional $8.4M in ARPA funding will be added to our current WLMCF subgrant program!

Another round of applications for library construction and renovation projects that support work, education and health monitoring will be accepted for eligible projects that address community needs that were created, exacerbated, or made apparent by the COVID-19 public health emergency.

The WSL will be working with CliftonLarsonAllen (CLA) Consulting and Hagerty Consulting to streamline the application process and select recipients.

Contact the State Librarian, Abby Beaver, at abby.beaver@wyo.gov or Anne Kuipers at anne.kuipers@wyo.gov with questions.
A huge thank you to Christine Emminger in the State of Wyoming Budget office for keeping track of this funding and helping us acquire it!
