Consumer Protection with

Mar 2, 2021

This is National Consumer Protection Week (February 28-March 6), and resources can help you keep your family safe and help you spend your dollars wisely.

With your card from any Wyoming public or community college library, you have free access to Consumer Reports. This well-known magazine includes articles on health, public safety, marketplace economics, and the judicial and regulatory actions that affect consumers.

To locate Consumer Reports (or any specific magazine title), visit and scroll down to “Journals A-Z Find Full-Text Coverage” under the “More” header. Type in your title and click search to find out which databases include the magazine you’re looking for. Dates indicate what years are available in full-text.

If you’re looking for the most current issue of Consumer Reports, you’ll find those in MasterFILE Complete, along with the magazine’s Buying Guide. Other databases have older issues. Once you’re in the database, you can browse specific issues or search within all issues.
