The Wyoming Library Association legislative reception is a scant two weeks away on Thursday, Jan. 19. What makes WLA’s reception special is its home-cooked food, so we need your potluck dishes. Contact Susan Mark at susan.mark@wyo.gov or (307) 777-5915 to let her know what you will bring and whether you will need an electrical outlet. Monetary donations to the reception are also welcome.
We hope you’ll join the crowd here at the Wyoming State Library, 2800 Central Ave. in Cheyenne, to visit with our legislators and top elected officials and thank them for their support of libraries. The reception begins at 5:30 p.m. It will be preceded by a legislative update on issues affecting libraries at 5:00 p.m.
