IMLS CARES Act Grants for Museums and Libraries
DEADLINE: June 12, 2020
Supports museums and libraries in addressing their communities’ immediate and future needs caused by the pandemic. Projects may focus on preserving jobs, training staff, addressing the digital divide, planning for reopening, or providing technical support and capacity building for digital inclusion and engagement. Applicants are encouraged to prioritize services for high-need communities.

IMLS CARES Act Grants for Native American/Native Hawaiian Museum and Library Services
DEADLINE: June 12, 2020
Assists tribes and organizations that primarily serve and represent Native Hawaiians in responding to the urgent and future needs of their communities. Applications focused on digital inclusion, technical support, rehiring or retraining staff, reopening planning, and other pandemic-related priorities are welcomed.

Wyoming State Historical Records Advisory Board Grants
DEADLINE: June 15, 2020
Grants of up $2500.00 are available to Wyoming residents for projects that further the SHRAB’s mission of promoting the identification, preservation, and dissemination of Wyoming’s historical records. The SHRAB will assign priority to those applications that show commitment to developing and/or implementing projects that will lead to enhanced online access to historical records.

STAR Net STEAM Equity Project
DEADLINE: Submit Notice of Intent by July 20, 2020
Public library workers in rural communities are invited to participate in a project that will bring culturally inclusive STEAM (science, technology, engineering, arts and math) programming and exhibitions to their patrons. Twelve public libraries will receive $15,000 over four years (winter 2020 – summer 2024) to participate in professional development activities, support community partnerships and purchase STEAM learning materials.

Carnegie-Whitney Grant
DEADLINE: November 2,  2020
The American Library Association Publishing Committee provides grants of up to $5,000 for the preparation of print or electronic reading lists, indexes or other guides to library resources that promote reading or the use of library resources at any type of library.
