Keith M. Cottam, 1941-2023
Keith M. Cottam of Casper passed away last week at the age of 82. Keith served as director of various academic libraries, including the Casper College Goodstein Library. He served as Dean of the University of Wyoming Libraries for 18 years and was President of the Wyoming Library Association in 1998-1999.
