Let’s Get Ready to Raffle: Support the WLLI Program at WLA

A gift basket containing relaxation items such as a coffee mug and candles.

The En-“Lightened” Relaxation Basket is courtesy of Laramie County Library Employees in Cheyenne, Wyoming.

Look at this stuff! Isn’t it neat? Wouldn’t this basket make your conference complete?

The Wyoming Library Leadership Institute (WLLI) invites you to participate in the basket raffle at the Wyoming Library Association Conference in Casper next week. This is WLLI’s major annual fundraiser and all proceeds will benefit the good work the institute does to foster leadership in Wyoming libraries.

Baskets will be arriving from libraries across the state, each one with a creative theme and several goodies to dive into. Stay tuned to the WLLI Facebook page for pictures and descriptions of the baskets leading up to the conference.

Tickets may be purchased via cash or check at the basket table in the vendor hall throughout the conference at the cost of $1 each, $5 for 6, or $20 for 25. There’s an ATM at the conference hotel if you need one during the event. Pro Tip: Bring mailing labels with your name and phone number to stick on the back of your tickets instead of having to write it on each one!

Winners are not required to be present, but must have a representative able to claim their basket for them at the time of the raffle on the morning of Friday, September 30.
