With school out for the summer, Cat Urbigkit, our 2015 One Book Wyoming author, is making the rounds at public libraries and other venues. To participate, teens and adults can enjoy her book, Shepherds of Coyote Rocks, while children can add Brave Dogs, Gentle Dogs and The Guardian Team to their summer reading list. Find her at the following places, or contact your local library for details on One Book happenings in your community.

  • July 6 – Platte County Library, Wheatland, 3 p.m.; Guernsey Branch Library, Guernsey, 6 p.m.
  • July 9 – Uinta County Library Summer Reading program, Evanston
  • July 9 – Farmers Market, general presentation, Evanston, 4 p.m.
  • July 10 – Fremont County Library System, Lander Library, 3 p.m.
  • July 11 – Fremont County Library System, Dubois Library, 10 a.m.; Riverton Library, 2:30 p.m.
  • July 14 – Sublette County Library summer reading program – hero party, Pinedale
  • July 21-23 – Sweetwater County Libraries, Locations TBD
  • July 31 – Crook County Library and county fair, Sundance, 3 p.m.
