Chelsie Troutman, a Youth/Teen Services Specialist at the Natrona County Library earned her Bachelor of Science in Education degree in December 2020 through an online program from the University of Nebraska at Omaha. Chelsie majored in library science and minored in sociology. She received the Bill Nelson Scholarship and the UNO Advantage Scholarship in recognition of her hard work and dedication to completing the degree in just one year. Chelsie has been with the Natrona County Library for 8 years. She started in May 2012 in the Youth Services department, and became a Teen Services Specialist in the summer of 2019.

Elizabeth Dill, Laramie County Community College Associate Dean, Library & Learning Commons was co-editor of the recently released Library Trends volume titled “OER and the Academic Library” (v. 69, no. 2, Fall 2020).
