 Conrrado Salvidar was elected ALA Councilor at Large after receiving 3,669 votes, which placed him as the seventh of the available 12 positions. “I’m so grateful for the votes I received to get elected, and especially for those that came from within the Wyoming Library Community, said Conrrado. “I promise to do my best, to listen to ALA members, and to share my lived experience as a librarian in Wyoming when I begin my three-year term on July 1st.”
Conrrado is currently the Tech Services Manager at the Natrona County Library.

 Elyse Johnson joined the University of Wyoming Libraries as an Assistant Librarian in Collection Management. She holds a Master of Library Science from Texas Woman’s University. During her undergraduate work, she double-majored and received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Human Services from Buena Vista University. Elyse previously served as a Prospect Research and Constituent Analyst at the University of Wyoming Foundation. Outside of work, Elyse enjoys gardening during the summer, playing with her two cats, spending time with her family, and caring for her numerous orchids.
