Pronunciator Language Learning Added to GoWYLD

Jul 3, 2018

Check out the most recent language learning addition to GoWYLD.net: Pronunciator. Courses are available for 87 languages, with an average of 9,600 instructional phrases in each course. Pronunciator also has ESL support for speakers of 51 non-English languages. In addition to self-guided learning, the service features live online conversation classes led by teachers and support for K-12 teachers and university professors who teach languages.

Pronunciator is from a Wyoming-based company, and statewide access is funded through the University of Wyoming. It replaces Mango Languages, which is no longer provided.

Along with Pronunciator comes Procitizen to help you prepare for the Civics, Reading, and Writing portions of the Naturalization Test. Through a series of 100 informative videos, plus practice exercises and quizzes, you will learn everything you need to know to successfully pass the test. Also available en Español

Find both Pronunciator and Procitizen on the GoWYLD.net Language Learning page. Additional information for librarians may be found on the Pronunciator LibGuide.
