Read Across America 2024

Mar 1, 2024

Read Across America Day is celebrated annually on March 2.  Many schools and organizations celebrate with events during Read Across America Week, which is March 2-6 this year. Is your school or library celebrating in a fun, educational, or unique way?

If so, please consider sharing your information and/or photos of the event with the Wyoming State Library! The Wyoming State Library would love to share the great things you are doing with the rest of the Wyoming library community on our blog, as well as our social media outlets. The purpose of our blog and our use of social media is to keep the Wyoming library community informed, celebrate their events and achievements, and offer inspiration for programming. In other words, we want to help you share your good news and great ideas!

If you have had a special event at your library, or if a professional working at your library has achieved an important milestone, please contact Christi Weinzierl, the WSL’s Communication and Grants Specialist at or (307) 777-5919.

Happy March and (almost) Read Across America Day and Week!
