Save the Date for Information Power: August 1-3

Information Power 2016 is on for August 1-3 in Casper. This annual gathering focuses on issues of importance for school libraries. This year the theme is “Libraries Make it Happen … Be a Maker!”

Info_Power_2016The agenda will include sessions on makerspaces, GoWYLD.net databases, and digital citizenship. Professional Teaching Standards Board and University of Wyoming credit are available.

Registration will open soon on the Wyoming Library Association website at www.wyla.org. Deadline is July 31, although registrants may defer payment until August 1. Register by May 31 to be entered in an early bird drawing.
