The Uinta County Library in Evanston turned the library into Whoville for a fundraiser for the children’s department. The event was a huge success, raising $4,000 for books and activities. More than 500 people came to see see Santa Claus, the Grinch, Martha May, Cindy, and the staff dressed as Whoville citizens. Fifteen businesses donated trees to decorate the library.
