The Wyoming State Library will be closed Friday, December 25, for the Christmas Day holiday. We will be open our regular hours on Christmas Eve, December 24.

Wondering what the perfect holiday decor is for Wyoming? We present to you the “Artificial Christmas Tree and Antler Apparatus” (U.S. Patent 8,323,757), issued on December 4, 2012. The inventor is Benjamin Charles Barto from Dubois, Wyoming.

The purpose of the incorporated animal antler branches is to provide structural support to the tree so that the device can hold a multitude of Christmas ornaments.[/su_quote]
