The Wyoming State Library will receive $52,297. The funds can be used “to address digital inclusion” or “other efforts that prevent, prepare for, and respond to COVID-19.” IMLS should be issuing further guidance to better define these categories in the coming weeks.
The WSL is currently forming a committee of a small group of library directors to help determine how these funds will be expended. Questions about federal funding may be directed to Jamie Markus, Wyoming State Librarian, at jamie.markus@wyo.gov or (307) 777-5914.
