Wyoming Library Association April EDI Lunch-N-Learn: Implicit Bias

April’s topic is Implicit Bias. Sessions will be held from noon to 1 p.m. on Monday, April 10 and Monday, April 17.

Conrrado Saldivar, current WLA president, will facilitate the training. The first week covers what implicit bias is and how to recognize your own biases. The second week, discuss will focus on how these biases appear in library work through microaggressions and how to reduce them through microinterventions.
