The Wyoming Library Association LEAD (Leadership Excellence and Development) interest group has opened applications for its mentoring program for 2023. This program offers development to protégés and mentors. Mentors supplement the supervisors’ efforts and provide protégés with a personal relationship that allows for acculturating, encouraging new talent, sharing expertise and connections, and promoting professional growth. WLA implemented this mentoring program to help all library staff succeed in their careers.

Learn more on the WLA LEAD page. Applications are due April 14, 2023. WLA membership is NOT required.
