Image of flyer with link to websiteThe CyberWyoming Alliance invites young Wyoming women ages 13-18 to a free Teens Exploring Careers Camp this summer. The camp will be held June 16-21 at Casper College.

Public and school librarians are encouraged to share the event flyer and website with the teens they work with.

This is a camp for girls to explore their digital world in a career setting. Two scenarios will teach real world cyber-skills:

  • Mock Hospital Gets Ransomware: Incident response planning – what happens if all the computers go down?
  • Murder Mystery in a Business Setting: What’s the motive? Intellectual property theft.

Space is limited to 20 campers, so those interested in participating should sign up now. Parents are responsible for dropping off students on Friday June 16 between 2:00 and 4:00 p.m. and and picking them up on Wednesday June 21 at noon.

Teens can register here. Contact info@cyberwyoming.org or (307) 314-2188 for registration assistance or with any questions.
