A free ALA Core e-forum*, “Outcomes, Impact, Stakeholders, & You!”, will be held on February 13 and 14, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
This two-day event will facilitate learning and discussion on ways libraries can plan for gathering outcome-based qualitative and quantitative data, how they can analyze their data, and how their findings are communicated with internal and external stakeholders. Suanne Wymer, who currently manages the Youth Services Department for the Tulsa City-County Library in Oklahoma will facilitate this e-forum.
