WLA Proposal Deadline Extended to May 10

Did you run out of time to perfect that WLA Conference Program Proposal? You’re in luck! The WLA Program Subcommittee has extended the deadline to May 10!

The 2024 WLA Annual Conference annual conference will be October 9-11 in Casper, Wyoming. This year’s theme is “Stand & Deliver.” If you’ve discovered a solution to a common library problem, reinvented a process, redesigned a space, started a new program, or have another way that you continue to Stand & Deliver library services, we would love to receive a program proposal from you.

 

Here are some possible topics ideas to get your wheels turning:

  • AI in libraries,
  • seed libraries,
  • mental health,
  • cybersecurity,
  • libraries of things,
  • passport processing in libraries,
  • mentoring,
  • Narcan in libraries,
  • public relations/marketing,
