Governor Proclaims May 17 as “Wyoming Literacy Day”

In conjunction with the upcoming Wyoming Reads celebration, Governor Matt Mead has issued a proclamation designating May 17, 2016 as “Wyoming Literacy Day.” Wyoming Reads gives first grade students across the state a hardback book to encourage literacy. Learn more at wyomingreads.org.
