Judith Krug Fund Banned Books Week Event Grants
DEADLINE: May 12, 2017 
Each year the Freedom to Read Foundation awards grants to libraries, schools, and universities to support activities which raise awareness of intellectual freedom and censorship during the annual Banned Books Week celebration. Grants are awarded at two levels: $1,000 and $2,500. Grant recipients will also receive an ALA 2017 Banned Books Week PromoKit.

ARSL Conference Scholarships
DEADLINE: June 2, 2017
The Association of Rural and Small Libraries has three scholarships available for its 2017 conference. These are for first time attendees so anyone who has not attended an ARSL conference is invited to apply. Wyoming librarians may also want to look into McMurry Endowment grants if they are interested in going to ARSL and need financial assistance.

The First Year Experience Innovation Awards
DEADLINE: October 1, 2017
Case Western Reserve University and Credo Reference seek to recognize a librarian and library who are innovating new and interesting ways to impact first year college students. Every year, one library and one librarian will receive a prize of $1,500 and award plaque in honor of their outstanding achievement.

Enslow Publishing
DEADLINE: Ongoing
Every month Enslow Publishing selects a winner for their free books contest. The winner may choose $100 worth of Enslow titles. No purchase is necessary.
