Hartmann Named LCLS Interim County Librarian

unnamed (4)Laramie County Library System (LCLS) Board of Directors has announced Carey D. Hartmann, Deputy County Librarian, will serve as Interim County Librarian after Lucie P. Osborn’s departure on Wednesday, June 3, 2015.

Hartmann, who has served as Deputy County Librarian since 1990 and has worked with LCLS since 1980, has been working with Osborn to ensure a smooth transition. “Lucie Osborn has had a lasting impact on the quality of library service provided to the people of Laramie County,” Hartmann said. “It is the intent of the organization to remain committed to her high standards and vision moving forward.”
