Lincoln County encompasses 4,095 square miles and has a population of 19,581. Kemmerer is the county seat and has approximately 3,000 people. Some things to note: This position requires supervision of the main library manager and five branch librarians, as well as the library system staff; budgeting; collection management; planning; community outreach; and oversight of the Library Foundation. There are also several state and regional meetings/conferences that you are required to attend, which will require overnight(s) stays.
