To kick off their summer reading program, several branches of the Lincoln County Library, including their Star Valley Branch, Alpine Branch Library, and Thayne Branch Library, held a 5K Color Run and party at the park.
“It was lots of fun and we had excellent attendance!” said Kestina Roberts, Youth Services Librarian. “We had color-themed games at the finish line as well as library card sign ups, Summer Reading sign ups for each library, and promotional materials for upcoming events. This event even made our local newspaper.”
The Lincoln County Library System’s main location is in Kemmerer, Wyoming, with additional branches in Alpine, Cokeville, LaBarge, Star Valley, and Thayne. All locations offer a variety of programs for patrons on all ages. Check out the Lincoln County Library’s website for more information about upcoming events.
