March is National Women’s History Month. The Wyoming State Library’s “Women’s Suffrage in Wyoming” libguide is a great place to find information on the countless “firsts” in history made by Wyoming women, including the first female Justice of the Peace in the U.S., the first female bailiff in the U.S., the first women to serve on a jury, and the first general election in which women voted-all in the year 1870. Learn about more of Wyoming’s ground-breaking women in history during National Women’s History Month!
