New Photos Featured From “Wild and Free” This Week

Six new photos by five talented U.S. photographers from the traveling exhibit, “Wild and Free: Mustangs of the McCullough Peaks” are now on display at the Wyoming State Library through next Thursday, August 9.

The theme of this week’s photographs is “Landscapes,” and featured photographers this week include Linda Skeen, Sandy Sisti, Jen Britton, Vicki Olson,  and Gretchen Clark.

The display can be enjoyed by horse-loving patrons of all ages. Six new photos will be on display each Friday the exhibit is at the WSL. Informational handouts will be available, as well as coloring pages and a treasure hunt worksheet for kids.

The photos that received the most votes in the previous two collections were:

Action Shots-“Tate and Remington” by Jen Britton

Companions-“Meet and Greet” by Kay Kotzian

A huge thanks to those that voted. Come check out more breathtaking photography of these majestic animals in their beautiful habitat and vote for your favorite photo from the “Landscape” collection! Ballots are available beside the displayed photos.

“Wild and Free” is presented in cooperation with the Friends of a Legacy and will be available for the public to view at the WSL until Friday, August 16.
