“In mid-January, Travis applied for and was hired to fill a new position within the State Library. For the past two months he has attempted to do the work of his old position as well as his new position while waiting for a new hire to arrive. He has done an admirable job keeping the day-to-day projects of both positions on track. Additionally, Travis took on the opportunity to assist A&I Accounting and GSD with a Contracts database project. The timing for this project could not have come at a worse time, but Travis saw the importance of the work and found a way to manage his time so that other Divisions could be served.”
