From the heart of Big Horn County, Cathy Collins is proving that you don’t need a massive budget to create a massive impact. As the Branch Manager at the Lovell Branch Library, Cathy has dedicated 13 years to serving her community, driven by a simple but powerful philosophy: She loves the public and the activities that bring them together.
Cathy recently spearheaded a high-energy program titled Winter Minute To Win It Games, specifically designed to engage the elementary age group (5-11 years old). The event turned out to be a crowd-pleaser, drawing 28 patrons who, in Cathy’s words, “had a great time.”
