TeachingBooks Joins Overdrive

Nov 9, 2021

On October 7, OverDrive, the digital reading platform for libraries and schools, announced the acquisition of TeachingBooks.net, one of the GoWYLD resources licensed by the Wyoming State Library for all state residents.

“With the merging of these amazing literacy services, we will enable readers, librarians, and educators to benefit from both the book and enrichment materials,” said Nick Glass, Founder and Head of TeachingBooks.

This acquisition will not impact the access, setup, support, or content that TeachingBooks or its public library interface, BookConnections.org, is providing Wyoming through GoWYLD.net. They remain stand-alone products available in schools, public libraries, and for every Wyoming resident from home.
