Joanne Pruitt, Wyoming State Library (WSL) Youth Services Specialist, was recently quoted in the article, “Summer Sparks Literacy,” on the Wyoming Enrichment Network’s website.

Natrona County Library (NCL) and Michelle Ottoes, Laramie County School District 1 Elementary Library Teacher on Special Assignment (TOSA), were also featured in the article.
