Artificial Christmas Tree and Antler Apparatus (U.S. Patent 8,323,757)

The Wyoming State Library will be closed Monday, December 25, for the Christmas Day holiday. We will re-open on Tuesday, December 26.

Wondering what the perfect holiday decor is for Wyoming? We present to you the “Artificial Christmas Tree and Antler Apparatus” (U.S. Patent 8,323,757), issued on December 4, 2012. The inventor is Benjamin Charles Barto from Dubois, Wyoming:

“An artificial Christmas tree with an array of imitation animal antlers incorporated into the tree to serve as additional branches. The purpose of the incorporated animal antler branches is to provide structural support to the tree so that the device can hold a multitude of Christmas ornaments.”

Find this and many other Equality State inventions in Wyoming Inventors, one of six great resources in our Digital Collection Suite.
