PB & J: Time to Thrive

Nov 10, 2025

Curiosity speaks volumes. When young people say, “I wish I could learn photography” or “I want to explore,” those aren’t just nice ideas—they’re invitations. Invitations that, when answered, show how ready young people are to grow—if someone meets them there. In this month’s episode of PB & J, dive into Time to Thrive on Thursday, November 20, 3:00-3:45 p.m.

Adults across Wyoming—youth professionals, caregivers, mentors,
educators, and employers—are equipped and inspired to help young
people thrive beyond the bell: after school, on weekends,
over summers, and in every space where learning happens.

The Wyoming Enrichment Network invites Wyoming librarians to join a growing network of youth-serving organizations and adult allies (parents, employers, educators, community leaders) committed to:
  • Expanding enrichment during out-of-school time
  • Deepening developmental relationships
  • Building adult capacity to mentor and inspire youth
  • Creating connected, career-relevant pathways
Join the movement! Sign up here.

One of our first community-building events will be a book study held in partnership with the Wyoming State Library of “10 to 25: A Groundbreaking Approach to Leading the Next Generation—And Making Your Own Life Better” by developmental psychologist David Yeager, PhD. It’s a must-read for educators, mentors, parents, and coaches that explores the science of motivating young people in the 10-25 age range.

When young minds flourish, Wyoming flourishes with them. Learn more at https://wyoenrichmentnetwork.org/ or contact WYEN Director Michelle Sullivan, michelle@wycf.org.
