The Wyoming Library Leadership Institutes (WLLI) Basket Raffle will be held during the 2026 Wyoming Library Association Annual Conference, which is scheduled for September 30-October 2, 2026, at the Little America Hotel and Resort in Cheyenne, Wyoming. Proceeds will directly benefit WLLI, helping them empower emerging library leaders and strengthen the statewide community.
You can help make this year’s raffle a success in one (or both!) of the following ways:
1. Donate a Gift Basket: Themed baskets, local goods, book lovers’ packages, or artisan items are all welcome!

tember 11, 2026. Submitted baskets will be showcased on social media before the conference to build hype and boost ticket sales! (Tip: Photos taken in bright, natural light before applying cellophane wrapping work best OR you can send us a list of all the goodies!) - Drop-off details: Bring your completed basket to the WLLI table at the WLA Conference.
2. Volunteer at the Raffle/Fundraising Table: Volunteers are needed to help staff the WLLI table, sell raffle tickets, and answer questions during the conference. Shift times are flexible! If you are interested in signing up for some networking table time, email Jessica Otto at jessica.otto@wyo.gov to get on the list. (Shift times will not be assigned/available until closer to the conference, but please keep this WLLI opportunity in mind!)
