The Wyoming Small Business Development Center knows that knowledge of intellectual property can be invaluable for entrepreneurs. In November, they invited Wyoming State Library staffer Anne Kuipers to present a free webinar, “Introduction To Trademarks.” Anne is the WSL’s State Publications Librarian and the Patent and Trademark Resource Center (PTRC) representative for Wyoming.

The Wyoming State Library is the only United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) designated PTRC in the state. Available services include free access to patent and trademark resources, answers to general questions, and assistance and instruction in the use of patent and trademark resources.
