Every April 26th is World Intellectual Property (IP) Day. The day is a celebration of human innovation and the IP created from it. IP includes patents, trademarks, copyright, trade secrets and more. Each World IP Day has a theme and 2022’s theme is “IP and Youth: Innovating for a Better Future.”  Celebrate the innovation of youth around the world who are bringing their ideas to life! Creativity and invention help us to move forward as a nation, and IP is one way to encourage innovators.

You can celebrate World IP Day by checking out younger innovators at the WIPO’s World IP Day Youth Gallery or joining the United States Patent and Trademark Office virtual event celebrating the day.
