For the average person, locating and using images can be fraught with complications. To circumvent some of these issues, one may look for government images, since broadly speaking, most government images are considered public domain materials, unless otherwise noted. While there are obvious sources for government images, others may not be as apparent or as easily located.
In this recorded webinar, the Federal Depository Library Program covers various sources of government images that patrons might be interested in using and how to locate such sources. You can download the slides, chat, and transcript from the FDLP.
