Candice Cochran joined the Natrona County Public Library Foundation as Executive Director in early January. Candice is a Casper native and graduated from Natrona County High School. She spent the first 20 years of her career working with non-profits in administration, fund development, marketing, and event planning. She has served as the Executive Director of the Wyoming Professional Assistance Program since 2013. She has a Master’s degree in Public Relations and a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Communications from Montana State University-Billings. |
