The School Library Summit is an opportunity for school librarians and library paraprofessionals to gather and learn in community. The summit is led by the School Library Interest Group Leaders, and this year’s summit will be focused on building our leadership capacity, and crafting a SLIG-specific strategic plan that ensures the sustainability of our interest group and profession in the state of Wyoming. Our sessions this year will begin in the afternoon on Sunday, July 20th and end with lunch on Tuesday, July 22nd. This gives participants the option to travel on Sunday morning and Tuesday afternoon. Registration and cost details are in the works, so stay tuned! This opportunity is made possible with funds and support from the Wyoming State Library and Wyoming Library Association.
