As those of you in the Wyoming library youth services world may already know, the Wyoming Library Association’s Youth Services Interest Group (YSIG) is hosting a two-day mini-conference, “Spread Color, Spark Joy,” on May 1 and 2 in Douglas, Wyoming. This two-day event will feature inspiring speakers, hands-on activities, and sessions focused on mental health, STEM, and therapy dogs. Best of all, these two days will be full of fresh ideas, creativity, and connection with fellow library professionals.
In preparation, the mini-conference organizers are inviting all who wish to join them in sharing “sparks of joy,” which will be shared throughout the conference. To share your spark of joy on social media, use the tag #YSIGsparkjoy along with a word, a few words, a statement, or a longer post about what has sparked joy for you today. YSIG is excited to hear what sparks joy for you!
Register for the mini-conference before April 18 using this link, and get ready to spread color and spark joy!
