Carol McMurry Library Endowment Individual Grants for Continuing Education
Deadline: September 30, 2017
Want to attend a conference or workshop to build your library skills? Take an online course? Start working toward that library media specialist endorsement or master’s degree in library science? Funds are available to those working or volunteering in Wyoming libraries through the Carol McMurry Library Endowment Individual Grants for Continuing Education. Applications are accepted six times during the year. The next deadline is September 30 for continuing education events starting no earlier than November 1.

Carnegie-Whitney Grant
DEADLINE: November 3, 2017
The American Library Association Publishing Committee provides a grant of up to $5,000 for the preparation of print or electronic reading lists, indexes or other guides to library resources that promote reading or the use of library resources at any type of library. Grants are intended to cover preparation costs, the costs of final printing or online distribution of the product.

Autism Welcome Here Grant
DEADLINE: December 1, 2017
New or existing programs or services proposed must benefit people with autism or their families, directly or indirectly. Any type of library in the United States or Canada can apply, and the proposal can fund projects and services for any age group. Each year, a total of $5,000.00 will be awarded either as one grant for the full amount or multiple grants for smaller amounts.
