Support the WLA Legislative Reception with a Potluck Dish!

Dec 22, 2022

Sam and Frodo from the "hobbit. Frodo says "We've had one helping, yes, but what about seconds?"

Your quest awaits!

The Wyoming Library Association Legislative Reception is coming up fast — January 12th at the Laramie County Library in Cheyenne — and they need your help! Librarians and legislators travel all across Middle Earth for this annual event, so be Samwise and sign up to bring your dish today.

If you haven’t thought about it, please consider bringing a homemade dish with you. This event depends on contributions and participation by Wyoming librarians.

More food is needed! Bring a side, appetizer, salad, entree, or dessert! Hot, hearty dishes are especially appreciated. If you’re bringing a crockpot and need a plug, indicate that when you contact them so they can reserve one for you.

Sign up by contacting Jessica Otto via Sauron’s Eye — or through email at jessica.otto@wyo.gov and telephone (307) 777-6337. Monetary donations directed to the Wyoming Library Association are also welcome.

Follow your quest to Cheyenne’s most precious library event — and see you at the reception!
